Saw Blade Spinde: The saw blades travel vertically through the work piece on two precision machined shafts to assure consistent and accurate cutting. The PMI-14 A is equipped with two saw blade that are staggered at 45°
Saw Blade Feed: The saw blade feed is controlled via a pneumatic cylinder with full control of the feed rate. This will allow for accurate cuts and long blade life. In addition, the saw blade travel is controlled for fastest cycle time
Work Piece Clamping: The PMI-14 A is equipped with 2 vertical clamps as well as 2 horizontal clamps. The pneumatic clamping system has adjustable clamping pressure to prevent distortion when cutting thin walled materials
Saw Blade Lubrication: Saw blades are lubricated via a precision mist system. A small amount of lubricant is introduced to an air line at the point of discharge for control and economical distribution of the saw lubricant
Safety Limit Switch: Blade access door is protected via a limit switch that will shut down the machine in case of an open door
